The troop's primary method of communication with the adults is via a Yahoo! Group. Please join the site at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/t516/
Once at that location, click: Join This Group!
If you don't have a yahoo ID, click "Sign Up" and fill in the fields.
Pick a yahoo id and password and you can later use this information to change the subscription or remove yourself from the list.
A very important field is the "Alternate Email". This is your current email address and this is the address where all of the messages will be sent.
Fill in the information and click "Create My Account"
Once the account is created, you will be directed to a page about joining the group.
It will say:
"You are three quick steps away from joining t516. All membership requests for t516 need to be approved by the moderator. You will receive a confirmation email when your membership has been approved. "
Please put a little message in the "Comment to Owner" field. That is a quick message to us so we can recognize that you're a member of the troop (and helps us avoid spam).
Choose the other options for "Message Delivery" and "Message Preference", fill in the code displayed and click "Join"
You will then be sent to a "Membership Pending" page and I will receive an email. As soon as I approve the account you'll be active on the email list.
