Thanks, Gary. Booked one-way TRN-YUL in January. NOTE: I had some problems and was compelled to call Flying Blue for assistance. No problem! They even cited it as a Promo Fare, so there you go…

It’s still alive for Montreal to Athens, but it’s the winter and taxes are still high and would require a positioning flight. Doesn’t really fit our plans.

@ AC — My point about the ~$433 is that it’s not like it was $5 or something clearly incorrect. Airlines offer all kinds of fares, from low to high, all the time. I’ll bet you 50 cents they don’t cancel these…this was not a big error fare. It had limited availability from the outset, so I don’t think AF will suffer much from this “Promo” fare (as it was clearly marked). I very rarely make nonrefundable reservations, so if they do cancel these, whatever…

Great from east coast

From west coast count on additional 25k miles or equivalent to get premium cabin positioning flight to YYZ/YUL in whatever program you choose vs 50k one way ‘normal’ saver flying blue prices from west coast
